Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through our estimate request form:

• Your name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Property address (optional)
• The service you are requesting
• Any additional details you write in the message field
• Photos of your property or windows that you choose to upload (optional)

Our web host also processes standard technical request information, such as your IP address, for security and to deliver the site. We do not maintain our own analytics profile of visitors.

Why we collect it and how estimate requests are used

We use your information solely to prepare and deliver your estimate, to contact you about your request, and to schedule and perform the service you ask for. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How uploaded photos are used

Photos you upload are used only to understand the job and give you a more accurate price. They are stored in a private, non-public storage location. When a request arrives, our business email contains temporary secure links to your photos that expire after 30 days. We do not publish your photos or use them in marketing without asking you first.

How information is stored and secured

Estimate requests are saved to a hosted database and photos to private cloud storage, both provided by our backend platform (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase). Access is restricted to our business. Data travels over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Third-party services that process data

• Lovable — website hosting and the backend database and file storage used for estimate requests and photos.
• Resend — the email service that delivers your estimate request to our inbox and sends your confirmation email.
• Google Fonts — the site loads its typefaces from Google's font servers, which means your browser makes a request to Google when the page loads.

These providers process information on our behalf. We do not use advertising networks, social media pixels, or data brokers.

Email communications

When you submit a request, we send you a confirmation email and reply to you about your estimate. These are service messages related to your request. We do not run a marketing newsletter. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking technologies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run any analytics or tracking platform. No cookie banner is shown because no tracking cookies are used. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical measures to serve and secure the site.

Data retention

We keep estimate requests and uploaded photos for as long as needed to serve you and keep normal business records, generally up to three years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Secure photo links included in our notification emails expire after 30 days.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including Washington State residents and others with applicable state privacy laws, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you sent us, and to confirm whether we hold it. We do not sell personal information. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
